    Yes it can learn Hypnosis, one has used it on me once in the wild.

    Well, serebii.net doesn’t list hypnosis in the list of learned and TM moves.

    no but he can learn rest, sleep talk and dream eater. sleep talk and rest are a good combo, if he knew hipnosis he’d pwn with dream eater
