Can you use hypnosis to learn a language?

Let’s say for instance you cannot speak english fluently then somebody hypnotises you that as from know you are going to speak english fluently, can that happen?

    No, not possible. Sorry! If you want to learn, try tapes/cd’s and books. Hypnosis won’t help you, only you can.

    apparently u can, the subconcious mind picks up on it…but it doesnt act immediately it must be trained just like the concious mind with repeated listening to ur subliminal messages…this is how brainwashing happens….the more u listen to it…the easier it is for ur subconcious mind to pick up on these languages and in turn ur concious mind…they say there are undiscovered powers of the subconcious mind not known to human

    You can be hypnotized into feeling more confident and therefor learning the language more easily; but if you mean can somebody hypnotize you into instantly learning the language, then no.

    Remembering a language you used to speak but have forgotten…? That’s probably possible, but highly unlikely.

    I have had subjects in regression speak languages that they had no knowledge or training in. In some cases several languages.
    All attempts to instill the knowledge of a foreign language. were at best motivation to study harder and be more relaxed when they tried to speak the language.
    Not saying that it can not be done but i have not heard of a way to do it.
    P.S. A subliminal tape and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee in a few places. A dollar alone will get you a cup and a refill……

    If you don’t speak English fluently already, no. Just like it can’t make you a great piano player if you’ve never touch a piano before. Hypnosis can help you to learn it though. It can help you with Memory Recall, Speed Reading, Study Habits and Test Anxiety
