How To Learn Hypnosis (Fast and Easy)?

I was always fascinated by the human mind and what it’s capable of, so I’m trying to learn how to do hypnosis and if so, how long would it take me before I can use it on someone and be successful?

P.S. I’m 16 years old, if that matters

P.S.S. Is it dangerous and what do I need to practice on in order to be able to do it?

Plz be specific and give a lot of information as to what I need to do

I also don’t want to go to school for it because I’m trying to become a neurosurgeon, and that’s going to take a while

Keep in mind that some states require a license for people who practice hypnosis.

There are weekend courses to learn simple hypnosis (although they probably wouldn’t take you at 16). It’s really better if you have someone teach you, but I could see how it would be possible to learn on your own. You should start out by learning self-hypnosis, and see how you do with that (there is plenty of instruction on the internet for this).

After you’ve mastered self hypnosis, you should start by reading some hypnotherapy books.

It’s a great therapy tool; I’ve done smoking cessations, needle phobias and presurgery (mostly for children), study habits, appetite suppression, and pain relief.

You could buy books on hypnosis. A few of them come with discs to help out. Be aware that some books are not going to have good hypnosis techniques so I would read up on the author and flip through the book before making your purchase (or read the reviews from people who have bought it). You might like the book Hypnosis for Beginners: Reach New Levels of Awareness & Achievement. Also some sites offer free hypnosis scripts.

It could take a little time or a lot of time depending on many different factors. Your age doesn’t really matter. What does matter is the techniques you use, your subject, and how seriously you both take the matter. Practice on yourself first, then move on to family members and/or friends.

Check out the link below for books on hypnosis at barnes and noble. You can also select from a list of used books. I’ve bought about 6 or 7 used books through the site and I got them all. Some used books won’t be in great condition though, but definitely readable. You can also get a Walmart money card to put money on if you don’t have a B&N store near you or a debit/credit card to use. There are plenty of options!!

i’m 15 years old and i’m a very good hypnotist.
i encourage you to join the international association of teenage hypnotists http://www.teenagehypnosis.com

it’s not dangerous and you can even use it for anesthesia so you can make it natural instead of giving someone drugs to get rid of pain and more.
