what is a great way to learn self hypnosis?

I am really wanting to learn a way to teach myself hypnosis. Does anyone have any good suggestions? thanks. I am really just looking for a good blog to subscribe to not any products to buy. Thanks

    Go to a second hand book store and buy a good book on hypnosis and self-suggestion. There’s also a lot of good content on the internet.

    the simplest way is to have a good hypnotist hypnotize you one or two times along with a post hypnotic suggestion that you can hypnotize yourself with a procedure of the hypnotist’s choice and then practice it for a few days. It will work like a charm.
